St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda – October 20, 2025 – In celebration of World Statistics Day, observed globally on October 20, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) formally the Statistics Division officially blessed and dedicated its new office building.
The building which is located on Upper Nevis Street, was officially blessed by the Pastor of the Zion and Judges Hill Moravian Congregations, Rev. Kevin St. Hill.
The event brought the staff together to mark both the international observance and the bureau’s continued growth.
The ceremony highlighted the importance of reliable data in national development and reflected the NBS’s commitment to improving lives through statistics—aligning with this year’s theme, “Improving lives through statistics, strengthening and innovating together.”
